is initiated by either Retrospective Designs, Inc. or by you
the customer, will ONLY take place within Kent County
Michigan Courts or Courts located within Michigan. You agree
that you are responsible for representation of yourself or
your company and that all fees related to but not limited to
any legal actions and other expenses is the full
responsibility of you the customer.
