for any reason you are not completely satisfied with
Retrospective Designs products we will take any necessary
actions, limited to our discretion, to satisfy your
complaints, requests or concerns. Retrospective Designs
offers a 2-year warranty on material and/or manufacturing
defects on all of our products. Retrospective Designs, Inc.
liability under this warranty is limited solely and
exclusively to replacement of the defective merchandise, and
in no event shall Retrospective Designs, Inc. be liable for
labor, installation, reinstallation, freight, taxes or any
other charge related to the defective product. Retrospective
Designs, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, punitive, consequential, exemplary or other
damages of any kind whatsoever, whether any such claim is
based upon theories of contract, warranty, negligence, tort,
strict liability or otherwise. Retrospective Designs, Inc.
prides itself on high quality components Made in the USA and
outstanding customer service.
Product specifications, availability and pricing are all
subject to change without notice.
Warranty does not cover
- Road Hazards – Pits, scratches, dents and
corrosion caused by road debris
- Collisions – Dents or scratches
- Scratches - caused by automated drive thru car
washes.
- Improper Installation – Misaligned parts or
Mishandling during Installation
- Improper Care – use of improper cleaning products
Returns and Exchanges
At Retrospective Designs, Inc., your satisfaction is our
goal. We strive to get your order to you complete, undamaged
and 100% correct. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Products
can be returned within 15 days of shipment as long as they
are unused, uninstalled, unpainted and in new and saleable
condition. All products should be pre-fitted before
installing, however red application tape liners should not
show evidence of removal or tampering should you request a
refund or exchange. Returned products need to be in their
original packaging with all parts and instructions included.
All returns of non-defective or non-damaged parts are
subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless we made an error. In
the case of defect or our error, no restocking fee is
charged. You must fill out a “Return & Exchange
Form” when returning any item and include it with the item
you’re returning. You must call or email us and obtain a
Return/Exchange Authorization number before returning any
item. Our “Return & Exchange Form” is included with
every shipment and is also available on our website. Orders
returned in new, ready-to-sell condition will receive a full
and prompt refund, excluding any shipping costs and
restocking fees..
Damaged
Merchandise
If any package arrives and shows signs of external damage,
do not accept it. Refuse it, and require your carrier to
advise you of their procedure to follow.
Upon receiving your order, open the carton(s) and thoroughly
inspect the contents. If there was damage during shipment,
contact us so that a claim can be filed. Please keep all
packaging materials should the carrier wish to inspect them.
